The Jalan P. Ramlee is strategically placed very near the Suria KLCC and the famous Petronas Twin Towers and just like an extension or another Changkat Bukit Bintang, but this place is known as a lot noisier, lively and energetic compared to Bukit Bintang (King, 2008). They also have the best hotel accommodation, shopping centers and restaurants. They also have the best nightlife areas, bars are clubs all over the streets that are also the favorite among foreigners, locals and backpackers seeking high quality nightlife with full packed entertainment, live bands and DJ’s.
The best nightlife areas in Jalam P. Ramlee include the bar called Rum Jungle because of its name and design. The Aloha Club Hawaiian theme bistro has VIP lounge and wide huts to accommodate enough guests. The Beach Club Café is the favorites of expats, tourist and backpackers because of their open-air features and live DJ’s; this is almost the same with Capricorn. The difference is that the Capricorn offers more international DJ’s performers. The M8 Bar and Passion are elegant bars that offer extensive cocktails and artistic high tech interior perfect for luxurious and glamorous nightlife seekers (Hotels.com, 2015).
Getting to the best nightlife areas in Jalan P. Ramlee is easy, from Kuala Lumpur International Airport they can take the train to KL Sentral, and from here they can take another train going to the Rajah Chulan. From Rajah Chulan they can walk to Jalan Sultan Ismail to reach the Jalan P. Ramlee. There are also buses going to KL Sentral from here they can take another train going to Bukit Nanas, it is a few minute walk to Jalan P. Ramlee. There is also a taxi from the airport going straight to Jalan P. Ramlee (Rome2rio.com, 2015).
The best nightlife areas in Jalan P. Ramlee like the M8 Bar open as early as 5:00 pm and close at late as 2:00 am, especially during weekends. Police made a bold advice that ATM withdrawals are doing better inside the malls. They should also avoid using the old and obsolete ATM machines outside that is more vulnerable to security threats.
