They can also take the bus at the Hong Kong Airport going to the Stewart Road; from here they can walk until they reach the Happy Valley. The Happy Valley Horse Racing nightlife opening hour is from 6:00 pm to 1:30 am. The Hong Kong Jockey Club (2015) has provided a reminder for members the simple rules inside the premise. They must always follow the betting guide including formulas and procedure. New members or visitors are also given proper orientation to be responsible. They are warned about the corresponding penalty. For instance, only minors are not allowed to enter or bet on horse racing. The maximum penalty for illegal betting is more than HK232, 500 dollars or about $30,000 dollars plus 9 months imprisonment.
