The Best Nightlife Areas in the Fort, Taguig
The Fort or the Fort Bonifacio Global City is a 440 hectare commercial-residential master plan of different countries, including the vision of Paris, Korea and Singapore’s excellence and Canada’s innovation all in one. It is awarded as one of the best communities because of their modern facilities, underground network internet, cable TV, LPG piped distribution and modern transportation, which is the first in the Philippines (Taguig.gov.ph, 2013). The Fort also has the best nightlife areas with a blend of upscale and medium scale restaurants, clubs, bars, malls, arts, and shopping centers.
The best nightlife areas include the Prive Luxury Club is a high class legendary venue with world class entertainment facilities with the best wines and music. Another is the Valkyrie and the Palace Lounge both have very huge lounge or a pool club inspired by Las Vegas private Cabanas. Thousands of people can fit in their venue while local and international actors and actresses visit here (Ph.hola.com, 2015). For those who simply want casual dining pleasure, the Aracama Restaurant & Lounge, Pablo’s Pub, Rue Borbon, The Perfect Pint are some of the recommended local and foreign blend of dishes and drinks.
Getting to the Fort is simple, coming from the NAIA Airport, Taxi is still the simplest way to visit the Fort, Bonifacio Global City, this will cost around P400 pesos for about 30 to 45 minutes for about 30 to 45 minutes if they take the C5 Road. Alternatively, they can also take a bus going to Ayala and from Ayala, they can take another bus going to the Fort, this will take less than an hour. These two bus rides will cost only less than P50 pesos fare estimate (Fortbonifaciorent.com, n.d.).
Some of the best nightlife areas and clubs open as early as 11:00 am and close late from 2:00 to 3:00 pm. Just a few advises for first time visitors and foreigners that most of the clubs in the Fort have certain restrictions. For instance, the Prive Luxury Club has strict entrance rules, illegal substance is not allowed or it will be turned over to the authority. It goes without saying that minors are restricted; there is even a dress code standard such as slippers, open shoes, athletic wear are not allowed (Priveluxuryclub.com, n.d.).
