GHANA: The Business experience in this country is regarded competitive due to generating small and medium enterprises that are booming across the country. Ghana is becoming competitive in the field of business environment because the country has an efficient economic implementation to its macro and micro economic structures today. The decision making is usually being brought by the entrepreneurs and stakeholders. Businesswomen are also on the rise in the area due to a variety of gender sensitivity involvement. For the society and culture, time and orientation is always concise in this part of the world because they always feel that time is gold. Women in business are becoming more active in doing business activities, which ensures that women will have the time to promote their ideas and creativities in the field of business. As for culture, women’s decision making plays an important role, especially for the elders because it seeks to improve the flow of decision making process for each company. The voice of women are now being liberalized as well as modernized, which empowers the right of women in Ghana to become more efficient and accurate with their business perspectives in the country as indicated by Aacker & McLoughlin (2011).

INDIA: This country is regarded as one of the most economically progressive in the world. A country with the second most populous in the world, India is set to become a major player in the field of economics. The business experience of Indians has been made possible by enhancing economic development with other nations around the world. The decision making has been applied through an autocratic manner because there is gender dominance among males to perform businesses. Businesswomen are also prominent in the country because there are numerous female entrepreneurs in the area. For the society and culture, time orientation is an important part of business activities in the area, which allow women to take part in time-related sensitivity to accomplish their business activities. Women in businesses play an important role to sustain the socio-economic development of the country as well as for the small-medium enterprises. Women in culture have different norms and practices, which ensures that their decision making activities as well as their participation becomes reliable for the business. As for women, they take part in efficiently and supremacy because they want to be known as one of the most reliable business leaders not only in India but also around the world.

POLAND: This country is also a rising star in the European continent. Poland is now seeing a remarkable progress with its economic foundation and fundamentals in the recent years. There are numerous start-up businesses that are now flourishing across the country, making it highly competitive. The business experience in this country is very remarkable because the country is offering foreign ownership to its businesses. The decision making is always relying on the Polish authorities because they are responsible for authorizing business permits to carry-out businesses in the country and abroad. Businesswomen are also increasing its numbers because there are more women who are now becoming entrepreneurs in local and international setting. Time and orientation is a strict consideration in Poland since they want to apply their businesses using a time-strict agenda. Women in business are always applying gender-sensitivity laws without issues of restrictions to all kinds of businesses across the area. Women in culture allow modernization process to dominate the business world as part of the cultural association of the country’s entrepreneurial application. As a culture, there are new ways to consider more about the enhancements and operational framework of businesses, which allow every person to improve their ideas and participation in business environment. Poland is regarded as a promising country that enables more attractions and developments to prosper, especially considering more about women’s participation in the business environment as mentioned by Holloway & Parmigiani (2014).
