The threat identified in this case is about the entry of competitors. There are other transportation companies from other parts of the world that are also developing similar mode of transportation. Experimentation is the key to build a better mode of infrastructure that will mold transportation facilities in the future. Hyperloop transportation technology is just one of the main facilities that are being developed in such a way that the company will be able to utilize new technologies to be able to improve transportation. Aside from hyperloop technologies, there are far better modes of transportation such as the development of flying vehicles, which will be the most promising facility that will be used by the future generation. The use of railway system will be a thing of the past if automobile companies start to manufacture flying technologies that replaces land transportation vehicles.
The suggestions that can be applied is about the use of experimental transportation system that will test the efficiency of the newly proposed transportation system. Hyperloop transportation system is a promising mode of transportation; however, construction should be fast enough to immediately test it before it will be open to serve the public. Safety and maintenance is one of the most important ways to ensure that the safety of all passengers will be always ensured while traversing an area before reaching their point of destination. As a professional strategic consultant, it is also important to conduct a feasibility study to the area where the HTT will be installed to identify potential hazards that the facility or structure will be facing in the future once it will be fully operational. Learning is the key through experimentation so that the issue of installing new mode of transportation system becomes efficient and reliable in the near future as mentioned by Andrei (2016).
