Manila is the capital of the Philippines; it is a highly westernized country in Southeast Asia, making them hugely populated with English speaking people. The simplest is taking the Taxi in the airport, they will take visitors all over Manila, this will cost around P200 to 300 pesos fixed rate, but they can negotiate with flagged rate (Worldtaximeter.com, n.d.). They can also take taxi from SM Mall of Asia or in Roxas Boulevard where several buses are heading all over Metro Manila. There is also the LRT Train in Taft Avenue headed to different parts of Manila.
The best nightlife areas in Malate, Manila, including the comedy bars open as early as 6:00 pm to 2:00 am. Currently, the Ninoy Aquino International Airport is under scrutiny with the bullet planting or “Tanim Bala” scam. It is an extortion scheme where the luggage of passengers is inspected and later found that it has a bullet identified, but the inspectors are the usual culprit. The owner is then asked to pay a certain amount or be in jailed; this created an international travel advisory for tourists to protect their belongings at all times when travelling to Manila (Rueda, 2015).
